I have a historic home in the East Isles Neighborhood. The roof was approximately 20 years old and needed to be replaced. We wanted to work with a company that has experience with historic homes and found that Elysian from a recommendation from a friend. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Minnetonka. Our dream home that needed lots of restoration and love. The exterior needed a complete overhaul, new siding, windows, roof and gutters. We called and had many local companies come out to look at the project. We were both very impressed with Steve from Elysian. I felt like he really had a good understanding of what needed to be done and could handle the whole project, while some contractors just wanted to do bits and pieces. I also liked that he did not try to up-sale like us like some other companies did. He was very down to earth, friendly and stayed in communication with us during through the project.
